摘　　要：分析了重整循环氢压缩机C-201机组浮环密封在运行中存在的问题,提出了将浮环密封改为单端面油膜螺旋槽密封的改造方案,并对新密封的运行效果进行评价;改进了密封配套系统,解决了密封配套系统中制约新密封安全稳定运行的问题,使机组实现了安全稳定的运行。The question existed in the floating ring seal of reforming recycle hydrogen compressor C-201 units was analyzed.The single-end film spiral groove seal was adopted to replace the floating ring seal.The operation effect of the new seal was evaluated.The auxiliary system of the seal was improved,which achieves the safe and stable operation of the new seal auxiliary system.
