摘　　要：目的探讨经纤维支气管镜肺泡灌洗治疗肺泡蛋白沉积症的应用价值。方法对13例经纤维支气管镜肺泡灌洗的肺泡蛋白沉积症患者的治疗效果进行回顾性分析。结果11例取得了良好的效果,有效率为84.6%,患者的临床表现和肺功能均有明显的改善。结论经纤维支气管镜肺泡灌洗治疗肺泡蛋白沉积症操作简单,安全,副作用少,疗效好,值得推广。[Objective] To evaluate the Therapeutic value of Alveolar lavage in pulmonary alveolar proteinosis via fiberbrochoscope. [Methods] Alveolar lavage via fiberbrochoscope were used in 13 cases of patients with pulmonary alveolar proteinosis. [Results] 11 cases of 13 patients got pleasant results after treatment, and the effective rate was 84.6%. The Clincial manifestation and lung function were improved.
