摘　　要：目的探讨成人腹型过敏性紫癜的临床及内镜特点,为该病的早期诊断提供依据。方法分析18例成人腹型过敏性紫癜的临床特点及内镜表现。结果所有病例均有腹痛及皮肤紫癜,其中7例(38.89%)以腹痛为首发症状。腹痛部位多变而不固定,以脐周多见,腹部无固定压痛点,部分患者无腹部体征。内镜检查可见胃肠黏膜充血水肿、糜烂、出血、溃疡形成,食管黏膜正常,十二指肠最重,严重者十二指肠降段整个肠壁呈紫红色血肿样隆起,表面糜烂、渗血、覆白苔。大肠黏膜还可出现毛细血管扩张、出血。结论成人腹型过敏性紫癜临床表现无特异性,腹痛部位多变,腹部体征较轻。大多数患者存在胃肠黏膜改变,内镜检查可协助诊断,可减少以腹痛为首发症状的腹型过敏性紫癜的误诊。[Objective] To investigate the clinical and endoscopic characteristics of gastrointestinal Henoch-Schonlein purpura (HSP) in adult patients. [Methods] The clinical and endoscopic manifestations in 18 adult patients with gastrointestinal HSP were analyzed. [Results] All the patients complained of abdominal pains and purpuras.
