摘　　要：目的探讨应用输尿管镜弹道碎石术治疗输尿管石街并发急性肾功能衰竭的临床效果。方法对5例输尿管石街并发急性肾功能衰竭采用急诊输尿管镜弹道碎石术治疗的患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果5例均临床痊愈,疗效满意。结论认为输尿管镜弹道碎石术是治疗输尿管石街并发急性肾功能衰竭的一种安全有效的方法。[Objective] To investigate the effects on the management of ureterolith street with ureteroscopic lithotripsy. [Methods] 5 cases of ureterolith street with complicating acute renal failure were treated by emergency ureteroscopic lithotripsy and double-J tubes indwelling. [Results] All cases were cured. [Conclusion] Ureteroscopic lithotripsy manipulation is believed to be a safe and effective method for the treatment of ureterolith street with complicating acute renal failure.
