摘　　要：根据党的十七大精神,高校管理改革需要继续深入,在计算机信息技术得到广泛应用的今天,利用先进的管理信息系统实现高校教学管理的现代化、高效化、智能化,不管是对于本、专科教育还是对研究生教育都是必需的。本文从教学管理信息化的重要作用与意义入手,剖析了目前高校教学管理信息化过程中存在的问题,并针对存在的问题从管理和技术层面分别提出了相应的指导原则和设计思路。The reform of the university management should go further under the spirit of the 17th CPC National Congress.Today the computer IT gets extensively used,it is necessary for us to make good use of the advanced Management Information System to realize the administrative modernization of teaching affairs.The high efficiency and intelligence of IT will meet the need of the university teaching-affairs administration at all levels.The paper discusses the significance and functions of the university teaching-affai...
