摘　　要：目的探讨先天性心脏病患儿生长激素-胰岛素样生长因子(GH-IGF)轴的变化及意义。方法采用放射免疫法测定50例先天性心脏病患儿(伴肺动脉压力中度增高者为A组,正常或轻度增高者为B组)和25例健康儿童(C组)的血清胰岛素样生长因子-1(IGF-1)和胰岛素样生长因子结合蛋白-3(IGFBP-3)的水平,同时测量身高和体质量并进行比较。结果A组和B组患儿的身高、体质量和血清IGF-1、IGFBP-3水平与C组儿童间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),A组患儿的身高、体质量和血清IGF-1、IGFBP-3水平与B组患儿间差异亦有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论先天性心脏病患儿存在生长发育迟缓及GH-IGF轴功能的紊乱。Objective To explore the changes of growth hormone and insulin-like growth factor(GH-IGF) axis in children with congenital heart diseases(CHD) and the significance.Methods Fifty pediatric patients with CHD including those complicated by the medium increased pulmonary blood pressure(group A) and those by the milder or normal(group B),and twenty five normal children(group C) were enrolled.Serum Insulin-like growth factor-1(IGF-1) and insulin-like growth factor binding protein-3(IGFBP-3) were measured by Radioimmunoassay.And the body height and weight were measured and compared.Results The body height,weight and levels of serum IGF-1and IGFBP-3 were lower in patients of group A and B than those of group C(P<0.05),and these indexes were also lower in patients of group A than those of group B(P<0.05).Conclusion There is growth retardation and disordered function of GH-IGF axis in children with CHD.
