呼吸过滤器在人工通气中的作用及对气道的影响

摘　　要：人工通气时由于失去了上呼吸道的生物滤过和保温、保湿功能,可能引发呼吸道感染、低温等并发症。本文结合现状描述了呼吸过滤器生物滤过、保温、保湿作用机制及其对气道压和呼出气末CO2分压的影响机制,并指出呼吸过滤器存在的应用风险及禁忌情况,为临床选择应用合适的呼吸过滤器提供充分的理论依据。Mechanical ventilation could cause some complications of respiratory tract infection hypothermia and so on because during the conduction of the ventilation the upper respiratory trace loses its functions of microbial filtration,heat-preservation and moisture-reservation.To provide the evidence of applying an appropriate breathing filter,in this review we summarize the mechanisms of the breathing filter in microbial filtration,heat-preservation,moisture-reservation,and affecting airway pressure and partial pressure of end-tidal carbon dioxide(PetCO2).At the same time we Pointe out the conditions of application risks and contraindications according to the current clinical situation.
