摘　　要：激光放电管是铜蒸气激光器的关键部件,激光放电管的设计优劣直接影响着铜蒸气激光器的研制。本文主要描述了50瓦铜蒸气激光器激光放电管的设计过程,对放电管的绝热层进行了热计算,结合实际情况得到了结构参数。对放电管的真空密封、缓冲气体循环系统、水冷套等部件进行了设计,给出了各部件的具体结构形式。用该激光放电管进行实验研究,振荡级功率稳定在36瓦以上,用作放大级时平均提取功率达到了52瓦。The discharge tube is a key component in a copper vapor laser(CVL).A 50 watts CVL s discharge tube was designed in this paper.Using the theory of thermodynamics,the physical sizes of the discharge tube and the heat insulator were obtained.The details of the configuration of main parts of the 50 watts CVL,such as vacuum gland,circulating system of the buffer gas and the water-cooling structure were also considered.The experimental results show that the output power of this CVL is up to 36 watts as an oscilla...
