摘　　要：本文通过对徐州矿务集团张集煤矿传统的地销煤系统的综合分析,指出了其在销售和管理过程中存在的不足和漏洞,提出了新的地销煤销售管理系统,该系统积极引入网络数据库、计算机串口通信等技术,把工业电视图像监控、红外监控等现代化监控设备作为辅助管理手段;进一步,结合张集煤矿的实际情况,对设计方案及实施应用作了深入地研究,包括数据库的创建与布局,地销煤销售管理软件的编制与应用,局域网的规划与构建,工业电视图像监控、红外线监控在管理上的实际应用等。After analyzing the traditional system of coal Local sell in XuZhou ZhangJi mine, the shortages and lacks of this system are put forward in my paper. At the same time, the new system has been put forward also. The advanced technologies such as network database, computer serial port and so on are applied in this new system.
