红花中红花黄素的提取工艺研究

摘　　要：本文采用分光光度法对红花黄色素提取条件进行了系统研究,结果发现浸取温度70℃,料液比为1∶100,浸取30min,提取两次为提取的最佳条件。The article studies comprehensively of extraction technics of xanthein from safflower by spectrophotometry. The result shows that the best condition for extraction is under 70℃ and the feed fluid ratio is 1∶100, marinate for 30minutes. Extract twice for a batch would be best.
