摘　　要：目的探讨胫骨平台骨折并小腿骨筋膜室综合征的诊断及手术治疗。方法回顾性分析13例胫骨平台骨折合并小腿骨筋膜室综合征患者的临床资料。结果患者均在12h内行手术切开减压,1例因就诊时严重肌肉损伤出现缺血性肌挛缩,1例因腓深神经受损出现足下垂,其余患者患肢功能均恢复正常。结论高能量损伤的胫骨平台骨折可引起小腿骨筋膜室综合征,早期手术切开减压可减少并发症的发生,促进肢体功能恢复。Objective To explore the diagnosis and operation in fracture of tibial plateau combing with osteofascial compartment syndrome.Methods The clinical data of 13 patients with fracture of tibial plateau combing with osteofascial compartment syndrome of leg were retrospectively analyzed.Results All patients were operated for open decompression within 12 hours, 1 case emerged ischemic contracture because of serious muscle injure, 1 case emerged footdrop because of nervus peronaeus profundus injure, other patients...
