摘　　要：目的对比机械通气患者使用呼吸机与使用简易皮囊长途转送的临床效果。方法回顾性分析2004年6月—2007年2月110例机械通气患者长途转诊的临床资料,比较使用呼吸机和使用简易皮囊的临床效果。结果呼吸机组和简易皮囊组安全转送的成功率间差别有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论对机械通气患者使用呼吸机进行长途转送,可提高患者安全转送的成功率。Objective To investigate the different effects of bag respirators and ventilators on critical patients in long-distance referrals.Methods Retrospective analysis was performed on clinical data of 110 patients using mechanical ventilation in long-distance referrals from June 2004 to February 2007.Clinical effects of both bag respirators and ventilators were compared.Results The achievement ratio of ventilators was higher than that of bag respirators in long-distance referrals(P<0.01).Conclusion Use of ventilators in patients needing mechanical ventilation can greatly increase the achievement ratio in long-distance referrals.
