厄贝沙坦联合复方丹参滴丸治疗对老年早期2型糖尿病肾病患者尿微量清蛋白的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨厄贝沙坦联合复方丹参滴丸对老年早期2型糖尿病肾病患者尿微量清蛋白的影响。方法将血压正常的96例老年早期2型糖尿病肾病患者随机分成厄贝沙坦组(A组,48例)和厄贝沙坦联合复方丹参滴丸组(B组,48例)。A组患者给予厄贝沙坦150 mg,1次/d;B组患者给予厄贝沙坦联合复方丹参滴丸(10粒/次,3次/d)治疗。均治疗16周。观察治疗前后两组患者血液流变学指标、血脂、肾功能及尿蛋白的变化。结果治疗后两组患者血液流变学指标(全血高切黏度、全血低切黏度、血浆高黏度、纤维蛋白原及血细胞比容)、血脂(总胆固醇、三酰甘油、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇)、24 h尿总蛋白及尿清蛋白排泄率间差别均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论厄贝沙坦联合复方丹参滴丸治疗老年早期2型糖尿病肾病患者,能有效降低24 h尿总蛋白及尿清蛋白排泄率,改善肾功能。Objective To observe the effect of irbesartan combined with fufang danshen drop pills in the early type 2 diabetic nephropathy in elderly patients with microaibuminuria.Methods In the experiment,96 elderly patients with normal blood pressure were divided randomly into two groups,namely the irbesartan group and the group of irbesartan and fufang danshen drop pills,every group consisted of 48 numbers.The patients of irbesartan group were treated with irbesartan 150 mg one time a day,while the patients of the combined group were treated with irbesartan 150 mg one time a day,as well as 10 pills of fufang danshen drop pills three times a day.The couse was sixteen weeks.Results After sixteen weeks,the 24-hour urine total protein and the urinary albumin excretion rate of the irbesartan group were significantly decreased(P<0.01),but the effect of the combined group was superior to irbesartan group(P<0.01).Conclusion The experiment educes a conclusion as follow:while treating the early type 2 diabetic nephropathy in elderly patients,irbesatan combined with fufang danshen drop pills can effectively decrease the 24-hour urine total protein and urinary albumin excretion rate.
