摘　　要：采用原子发射光谱分析法测定钒钛生铁中钒含量,应用现代统计学理论对其分析结果不确定度的产生原因进行分析,同时对钒钛生铁中钒含量测定结果的不确定度进行了评定。Study on the sample of vanadium titanium cast iron for Atomic Emission Spectroscopy,The cause of analysis the result of analysis uncertainty through application modern statistics theory and evaluation of uncertainty with analysis of emission spectrometry vanadium in vanadium titanium cast iron.
