云南省部分地区人群感染类鼻疽血清学调查分析

摘　　要：目的:从地理景观分析云南省有可能存在类鼻疽病,为查清我省有无该病存在和流行。方法:用血清学方法(IHA)对我省南部部分热区农业人员506人进行人群感染情况首次调查。结果:检出阳性25份,阳性率4.94%,局部调查点阳性率高达37.5%。结论:调查结果提示我省南部可能有本病广泛存在,局部地区的感染情况还比较严重。Objective: To investigate and analyze the presence and epidemic situation of Melioidosis from geographical situation if Yunnan Province. Methods: 506 farmers from some tropical areas in southern Yunnan were preliminarily made the detection of Melioidosis infection by serological method (IHA). Results: Of the detected farmers, 25 cases are positive with 4.94%of the average positive rate. The highest positive rate in some local areas reaches 37.5%. Conclusions: The results suggest that Melioidosis may extensively exist in Yunnan Province and the prevalence in some local areas might be very serious.
