摘　　要：目的:为掌握危重老年急腹症手术的麻醉处理。方法:结合老年人的生理病理特点,对203例危重老年急腹症手术麻醉的有关问题进行分析总结和讨论。结果:对所总结的病例术后进行5d的随访,其中两例于术后5d内死亡,其余恢复出院。结论:对于危重老年急腹症的患者,麻醉前应全面估计病人的情况,选择适当的麻醉方法及处理措施,为安全有效地解除老年急腹症创造条件。Objectives:To master the anesthesia management of critical elderly acute abdomen.Methods:Depend on the characteristics of elderly pathologic physiology.We have analysed and discussed the anesthesia of surgical abdomen of 203 elderly cases.Results:Postoperative patients were called on for five days,two of them died after operation in five days.The others recoved to leave hospital.Conclusions:In order to elect proper methods and measures of anesthesia.We should overall estimate the patients condition before poeration in critical elderly surgical abdomen.This is benifit to safely and effectively relieve surgical abdomen of elderly.
