摘　　要：现居住地管理模式是市场经济条件下计划生育工作深入开展的必然选择。文章在界定现居住地管理基本内涵的基础上 ,提出了现居住地管理的基本原则和要求。Managing the family planning of the floating population by their present residential communities is an inevitable option under the market economy conditions. This paper discusses the connotative definition of management by the present residential community, put out the basic principles and requirements of managing the floating populations family planning by their present residential communities.
