摘  要:采用同一批熟料,在实验室分别用立磨、球磨、振动磨以及盘磨等不同方式粉磨。试验发现,比表面积相同时,不同粉磨方法制成的 水泥强度有明显差异。其中,立磨水泥强度最高,球磨水泥强度次之,振动磨水泥强度第三,盘磨水泥强度最小。同一粉磨方法制备的水泥 越细,强度越高。分别从水泥颗粒组成、水泥各级配矿物含量和水泥水化程度等方面对强度差异现象进行了解释。The same batch of clinker was ground by roller mill, ball mill, vibratory mill and disk mill respectively in laboratory. The test results show that the strength of cements ground by different mills is obviously different. With similar specific surface area of cement, the strength of roller mill cement is the highest, next is the ball mill cement, the third is the vibratory mill cement and the strength of the disk mill cement is the lowest. While the cement was ground by the same mill, the finer the cement, the higher the strength. The reasons for strength difference are analyzed from the aspects of cement particle size distribution, mineral compositions in each particle grading and cement hydration degree.
