摘 要:研究在空气及氧气顶吹条件下的V2O5熔融态对所产生的V2O5·nH2O凝胶薄膜结构和形貌的影响。XRD和SEM分析表明,2种方法制备的V2O5·nH2O凝胶薄膜的结构有细微差别。经过一定温度热处理后,两者差别更趋明显。在氧气中熔融制得的V2O5·nH2O凝胶薄膜具有更加完整的层状结构形貌。The V2O5 nH2O xerogel films were prepared by ultra-fast quenching method with the V2Os powder melted in the air or in the oxygen atmosphere (oxygen top-blown). The structures and appearances of V2Os xerogel films were studied. XRD and SEM results confirm that the structures of films from two conditions are slighdy different. The obvious difference is found in the sample enhanced by heat treatment. There are more obvious layered structures in the V2Os xerogel films prepared with V2Qj powder melted in the oxygen atmosphere.
