摘 要:讨论了提高超细二氧化锆质量的途径和对电子陶瓷的影响。上海联能井冈山实业有限责任公司采用“改良中和沉淀工艺”的湿化学法制作的超细二氧化锆粉,由于在化学反应过程中能有效地控制一次颗粒的发育与团聚,直接形成颗粒直径较为均一的超细微粉,因而产品具有高活性、高纯、超细、强吸附能力等特点。上述氧化锆粉在压电陶瓷生产中应用,取得了很好的效果。在超细氧化锆粉生产过程中,应下大力气解决纯度、细度、活性和一致性这4个问题。The effects of quality of ZrO2 powder on the final properties of electric ceramics and the methods to get the high quality ul-trafine ZrO2 are discussed. Using the wet chemical method 'modified neutralization - precipitation process' to prepare ultrafine ZrO2 powder, the growth and aggregation of ZrO2 particles can control during the reaction, and the uniformity particle sizes , higher activity, higher purity, superfine, and more absorbability products can be produced. Using this kind ZrO2 powder, the piezoceramics with higher performance are obtained in the mass production. It is thus clear that purity, particle size, activity and uniformity are the four key points for the ultrafine ZrQj powder production.
