摘　　要：目的　观察前列腺素E1(8μg·kg-1)与黄芪 (2 2 5mg·kg-1)合用对家兔缺血心肌MDA、SOD的影响。方法　麻醉家兔冠脉结扎 30min后再灌 30min ,取缺血心肌组织 0 .3g ,制成 10 %组织匀浆离心备用 ,分别测定MDA含量和SOD的活力。结果　两药合用的疗效优于单药应用 ,联合用药显著提高缺血心肌SOD的活力 (P <0 .0 1) ,降低MDA的含量 (P <0 .0 5 )。Objective To study the effect of prostaglandin E 1(PGE 1)combined with astragalus membranaceus on ischemia reperfusion injury in rabbits.Method The experiments were carried out in anesthetized rabbits after coronary artery ligation for 30 min followed by reperfusion 30 min(with prostaglandin E 1 or astragalus membranaceus or PGE 1 combined with astragalus membranaceus).Cardiac malondialdehyde(MDA)and cardiac superoxide dismutase(SOD)were determined on ventricle homogenates from 32 hearts.Results PGE 1 combined with astragalus membranaceus were more effective than each drug used alone at more doses.Conclusion PGE 1 in combination with astragalus membranaceus has protective effects on myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury in rabbits.There were some synergic effects when they were used in combination.
