十全大补汤对荷瘤鼠脾脏细胞IL-6、TNF-α分泌的影响

摘　　要：目的　研究十全大补汤 (SDT)对荷瘤鼠脾内巨噬细胞IL - 6和TNF -α分泌作用的影响。方法　以TA2移植性乳腺癌小鼠作为研究对象 ,分别给予 5 0 %SDT和白开水灌胃 ,检测其脾细胞IL - 6、TNF -α的分泌水平。结果　十全大补汤可显著提高荷瘤鼠脾内巨噬细胞的IL - 6和TNF -α的自发分泌和刺激分泌。Purpose To study the effects of Shiquan Dabu Tang on the secretion of IL-6 and TNF-α of spleen cells in mice with tumor.Methods The mice with transplantable mammary cancer were given 50%SDT by gavage.The IL-6 and TNF-α of spleen cells were measured.Results The results showed that 50%SDT promoted the secretion spontaneously and stimulated secretion of IL-6(compared with the controls respectively t=5.67,P<0.01;t=10.80,P<0.01)and TNF-α(compared with control respectively t=10.84,P<0.01;t=8.10,P<0.01)in spleen cells.Conclusion SDT can regulate the secretion of IL-6 and TNF-α of spleen cells in mice with tumor.
