摘 要:由漆酚甲醛缩聚物(PUF)与三氯化钕制备漆酚缩甲醛钕聚合物(PUFN),并采用元素分析、IR、DMTA和GPC对其进行表征。结果表明,PUF与Nd3+发生配位反应,其产物PUFN的弹性模量比PUF的大,热稳定性提高,并且具有优良的耐化学介质腐蚀性能,对正丁醇和冰乙酸的酯化反应具有催化活性。The synthetic method, structural characteristic and properties of the urushiolformaldehyde neodymium polymer(PUFN), which were obtained by reaction of urushiolformaldehyde polymer(PUF) and NdCl3, were investigated. The PUFN was characterized by Elementary analysis, IR, DMTA and GPC. The results indicate that the PUFN′s modulus of rigidity is larger than PUF′s and the PUFN′s heat stability is better than PUF′s. The PUFN has catalytic activity for esterification of nbutyl alcohol with glacial acetic acid.The PUFN′s film has excellent physical properties and anticorrosive properties.
