摘  要:应用伦琴射线、透射电镜、电子衍射、热分析、电阻等方法研究了Cu Pd合金的相稳定性。Cu Pd固溶合金在低温下的有序-无序转变属于Spinodal有序分解。在300℃分解初期普遍存在位错和孪晶,它们阻碍了原子的规则排列,从而出现短程有序和伪孕育期反常现象,使合金处于亚稳定状态。随着热处理时间延长,这些晶体缺陷逐渐消失,最终形成稳定的长程有序相α″和β。Phase stability of the CuPd Alloy were studied by Xray diffraction, TEM, thermal analysis and measurements of electrical resistance and hardness. It was found that the spinodal ordered decomposition occurred in this alloy system. At initial stage of ageing dislocations and twins in the alloy were presented and abnormal behaviors of properties were appeared, and the precipitated phase was in metastable state. After long term ageing the stable ordered phases α″ and β were formed.
