摘　　要：目的　探讨内镜直视下放置食管支架病人的护理措施。方法　采取心理护理、常规护理及康复指导等措施。结果　减轻了病人的恐惧与术中不适 ,避免了并发症的发生。结论　合理的护理可使食管内支架放置术易于被接受 ,操作顺利 ,不良反应少。Objective To abserve the nursing care of patients with endoscopic esophagus stent implantation.Methods Adopting psychological nursing, routine nursing and rehabivitation guide means,etc.Results Through the clinical nursing of 28 cases, the patients' fear and intraoperative discomfort were lightened,the occurrence of complications was avoided.Conclusion Rational nursing makes the esophagus stent implantation accepted easily, performed successfully and can decrease the adverse reactions.
