摘　　要：介绍高精度、数字化多量程微欧计的设计方法。对电阻测试仪的整机原理、恒流源电路及放大电路进行较详细的介绍和分析。This paper deals with the design of a high accuracy and digital measuring instrument of multimicro-ohmer. It analyses in detail the principle of multimicro-ohmer, invariablenes stream power supply, and amplifier of multimicro-ohmerl in detail.
