机构类型综合自动求解分析及知识库系统的建立

摘　　要：提出了一种可计算求解的机构类型综合方法并构建了求解过程中所采用的知识库系统。首先定义了实现运动变换的基本机构元素、集合。其次,应用运动变换矩阵,对类型综合过程进行了描述。建立了知识库系统管理基本机构信息及可行解信息。基于建立的数学模型及知识库系统,提出了自动化求解过程的算法。最后,通过一个设计实例验证了该算法的可行性及有效性。A computerized procedure for type synthesis of mechanisms is presented and the knowledge base system adopted in the procedure is established in the mean time. At first, the elements and sets of the basic mechanisms are defined according to their characteristics in motion transformation. And then, the procedure of type synthesis is described by motion transformation matrix. Meanwhile, the information of the basic mechanisms and the possible solutions is effectively managed in terms of knowledge base system. Based on the mathematic model and the knowledge base system, an algorithm is presented to realize the computerized procedure. Finally, an example is given to show the feasibility and validity of the algorithm.
