摘　　要：本文指出了空心无梁楼盖中采用薄壁管作为填充构件的不足之处,阐述了在南京东苑大厦中采用薄壁盒作为填充构件的现浇无柱帽空心无梁楼盖的受力概念、设计计算和施工方法。The paper points out the disadvantages of the voided flat slab floor using the thin wall pipes as the members to fill in.Then this paper describes the mechanic concept,calculation of design and construction method of the multi-cell flat slab floor using thin wall boxes at Dongyuan Building in Nanjing are described.
