摘　　要：本文从经济角度、从投入产出角度并考虑时间价值因素 ,综合考察油气田采收率的合理性 ,提出了经济采收率的概念 ,并将其定义为 :油气田开发过程中 ,年采油气量经计算获得的年财务净现值接近或小于零时对应的油气田采收率为经济采收率。经济采收率与储量的乘积为经济可采储量。经济采收率对应的时间为经济开采年限。经济采收率自 1998年提出以来 。From the point view of economics and input output and in consi deration of time value factor,a concept of economic recovery is pr oposed in the paper on the basis of examining the reasonableness of existent oil and/or gas field recovery.The economic recovery is defined as:when the annual financial net present value calculated according to annual oil and/or gas produc tion is near or minus zero,the correspondent oil and/or gas field recovery is ca lled economic recovery in oil and/or gas field development.The product of the ec onomic recovery and the recoverable reserves is called economic recoverable rese rves and the time corresponding to the economic recovery is economic production life.The economic recovery which has been proposed since 1998 was applied in the oil and/or gas fields in China early or late.All the examples are listed in the paper.
