摘　　要：综述了十字花科蔬菜游离小孢子培养的概况、胚胎发生的影响因素、提高产胚率的培养技术和目前的应用研究 ,并结合实际工作 。General situation, affecting factors, increase in embryogenesis and application research of isolated microspore cultures of cruciferae vegetable crops were reviewed in the paper. On addition, on the base of the research experience , the questions and research orientation in the future were indicated.
