摘  要:4种百合 (1个原种、 3个栽培品种 )种球用不同剂量6 0 Co辐射后 ,扦插其外部鳞片诱发小仔球 (或不定芽植株 ) ,种植其中心部分观察当代种球变异情况。结果表明 ,随着辐射剂量的增高 ,鳞片扦插的出芽率、产生的小仔球 (或不定芽 )数、小仔球重量都显著降低 ;当代种球株高、展叶数、开花率、平均花朵数都显著降低 ,花器官变异也有显著差别。王百合、‘Berlin’适宜的处理剂量是 1~ 3Gy ;‘Pollyana’、‘Romona’适宜处理剂量是 1~ 2Gy。 4Gy、5Gy已达到致死剂量。减数分裂观察结果表明 :辐射使减数分裂过程中发生了染色体结构和数量变异 ,从而造成了花药畸变及花粉败育。After 4 lilies (1 speices?3 cultivar) bulbs were irradiated by different 60 Coirradiation dose, their outer scales were cut for initiating bulblets (or adventitious bud plants), at the same time, their center parts were planted for observing mutation With the irradiation dose increasing, the rate of adventitious bud emergency, the bulblets (or adventitious bud) number and the bulblets weight were showed to decrease obviously; the M1 bulbs plants height, the leaf number, the rate of flower and the average flower number were showed to decline remarkably as well Irradiation of 1~3Gy was showed to be suitable for lilium regale and'Berlin' and 1~2Gy suitable for 'Pollyana'?'Romona' Irradiation of 4Gy and 5Gy was showed to be lethal dose The results of meiosis observation showed that radiation caused chromsome structural and quantitative aberration, which maybe make anther aberration and pollen abortion
