摘　　要：高新技术产业化的风险评价问题涉及复杂的因素,本文以一个关于此问题的层次分析法模型为背景,对层次分析法应用的条件作深入分析,剖析了1-9标度不适合于作风险评价的原因,并提出两种改进的模型.The high and new technology industrialization risk assessment includes lots of complicated factors.In this paper the authors first study an AHP model of the risk assessment,then,deeply analyse the conditions of AHP applied to risk assessment and the reason why the 19 scale is not fit for risk assessment.The authors also give two improved AHP models for risk assessment.
