摘 要: 提出了降低MH/Ni电池负极、正极及泡沫镍等关键原材料的生产成本,保持其优良性能的一系列创新性的思想,即采用快冷厚带新工艺生产低Co、高比容贮氢合金;以廉价微粒添加物作骨架,利用特殊“镶嵌”技术制备复合型球形α、β混合相组成非化学计量比Ni(OH)2以及利用镍复合特种泡沫金属的工艺制备廉价复合带状泡沫镍,可降低50%的镍用量。Ideas to reduce the producing cost of the key materials of MH/Ni battery were proposed. A novel technology of rapid solidifying casting trip was used to produce low content of Co and high specific capacity hydrogen storage alloy. A special insert technology was used to prepare spherical a andβ phases to compose non-stoichiometric Ni(OH)2 with low cost grain additive as base frame. A technology with Ni coated on a special foamed metal was used to prepare low cost foamed trip Ni, which halves Ni consumption. The initial result of preparing the MH/Ni battery material with the above mentioned technology was introduced.
