摘　　要：本文探讨了混合办公废纸化学脱墨及双氧水辅助漂白的最佳工艺条件,并进一步进行了还原性漂白剂—甲脒亚磺酸全无氯漂白的工艺条件及经济可行性研究。对提高造纸企业降低污染负荷、提高生存能力、实现可持续发展具有借鉴作用。The paper studies the best parameters in the process of chemical de-inking to MOW,and the process parameters of the reducing bleached-agent—FAS of TCF bleaching as well as it's economical feasibility.The study has a guided-function in improving the environment and the ability of competition and thus realizing sustained development of enterprises.
