摘　　要：计算机信息交易是直接电子商务的重要组成部分 ,美国《统一计算机信息交易法》是世界上第一部全面调整计算机信息交易的法律。在我国 ,电子商务飞速发展 ,其中信息交易的数量也与日俱增 ,立法不足将日益凸显 ,因此 ,制订我国的《计算机信息交易法》应尽早提上议事日程。Computer information transaction is one of the components of e-business. In the O.S, the “Uniform Computer Infrmation Transactions Act has been enforced as the first law in the world to administrate the transanctions of the sort. E-business develops rapidly in China in in which there is an increasing amount of information transaction, however, there is no legislation in this field. Therefore, to quicken the process of legislation involves should be taken into agenda.
