摘　　要：通过对制约西部旅游开发中的思想观念、资金、生态环境、基础设施、人才等因素进行了全面深入的分析,剖析了这些现象存在的深层次原因。目的是为了确保西部旅游开发的顺利进行,进而推动西部旅游经济的健康发展。Through a complete and deep analysis of the restrictive elements in such aspects of concepts finance, ecology circumstances, basic facilities, talents, etc. in tourism development of western area and the essense of the existing phenominen, this article serves to achieve the purpose of advancing the tourism exploitation of western area and maintain the healthy developnrent of tourism economy.
