摘 要:目的:通过脊柱侧弯动物模型,观察脊柱侧弯对椎旁肌肌纤维型分布的影响,探讨肌纤维型分布不对称现象的原因。方法:选用6-8周龄家兔36只,随机分为3个实验组(每组各7只),3个对照组(每组各5只)。实验组兔右侧肩胛骨与股骨之间用钢丝牵拉固定,制成脊柱侧弯模型。于固定后3,4,5个月分批处死,取其椎旁肌,用肌球蛋白ATP酶法染色,光镜观察肌纤维型分布并计数。结果:实验组脊柱侧弯角度从平均18°逐渐增至77.7°,凸侧椎旁肌Ⅰ型肌纤维含量明显高于凹侧,且随侧弯角度增加而增加。凸侧椎旁肌Ⅱ型肌纤维含量低于凹侧,凹侧变化相反。结论:特发性脊柱侧弯椎旁肌肌纤维型分布凸凹侧不对称现象为脊柱侧弯继发改变的结果。Objective: We developed a method of experimental scoliosis in rabbits in order to observe the effect of scoliosis on distribution of muscular fiber types in paravertebral muscles. Methods: Thirty-six rabbits were divided randomly into 3 expreimental groups ( n =7,7,7) and 3 control groups ( n =5,5,5). Scoliosis models in experimental groups were produced by purely connecting the scapula with the ipsilateral great trochanter of femur using wire. Rabbits both in experimental and control groups were killed 3 ,4, and 5 months after tethering. Paravertebral muscles were taken at level of first lumbar vertebra and stained with myosin adenosine triphosphatase( m-ATPase). Results: Left curvature of spine measured by Cobbs technique developed in all of experimental groups. The curvature progressed from 18 to 77. 7 degree with e-longating of tethering duration. A significant dominance of type I muscle fiber existed on the convex side of curvature, and it was related to the duration of tethering. We observed a reversal of type II muscle fiber. Conclusion: The distribution of fiber types in paravertebral muscle was affected by scoliosis. The asymmetry of distribution of muscle types is secondary to human idiopathic scoliosis.
