4例应用肺段组织瓣气管成形术病人的护理

摘　　要：目的:探索实施与我院胸外科在国内首次应用自体肺段组织瓣行气管成形术这一新技术相适应的护理措施。方法:通过制订预见性护理计划,对4例病人护理实施。结果:4例病人术后焦虑总分明显降低接近常模,术后呼吸困难明显减轻或消失,无吻合口瘘及血痰窒息发生。获得满意的护理效果。结论:应用自体肺段组织瓣行气管成形术是治疗气管疾病的创新术式。围手术期周密的护理措施为这一新技术的开展提供了保障。Objective: Our purpose was to explore and practice the nursing in tracheoplasty with lung flap, which was the first operation in China. Methods: We planed the nursing methods and practiced in four patients. Results: The total score of Self-Rating Anxiety Scale descreased to norm. Dyspnoea relieved remarkly or even disappeared. No stomafistula or asphyxia caused by blood sputum developed after the operation. The nursing effects was satisfactory. Conclusion: It is a new way to utilize lung flap to reconstruct tracheal. The attentive nursing measures during the perioperation guaranted the new technique's development.
