摘　　要：介绍了近年来膜片钳在神经元膜离子通道电信号和信号转导测试中的应用 ,给出了它在神经元及相连神经元实验中的进展情况 。The article mainly introduces the patch clamp technique and its applications in the electrical signal test of ion channels on the neuron membrane and the signal transduction in recent years,gives its experimental improvement for the neuron and network,it also analyzes the future in the neuron cell and molecular biology
