小叶金钱草对小鼠急性肝损伤的防护作用

摘　　要：目的 :观察小叶金钱草对小鼠急性肝损伤的防护作用。方法 :采用一次性灌胃CCl4 中毒诱导小鼠急性肝损伤模型 ,α -萘异硫氰酸脂 (ANIT)中毒诱导小鼠实验性黄疸模型 ;观察血清ALT活性及肝组织病理变化 ,血清及肝组织MDA、血清TBil的含量。结果 :小叶金钱草能使CCl4 中毒性小鼠血清ATL活性明显降低 ,肝脏病理变化显示肝细胞坏死减轻、空泡变性、嗜酸性变、炎性细胞浸润明显减少 ,血清及肝组织MDA含量明显降低 ,使ANIT中毒性小鼠血清TBil含量显著降低。结论 :小叶金钱草对化学性肝损伤均有多种环节的防护作用。objective:The preventing effects of the solution isolated from hydrocctyle sibthorpioides lam were observed on acute liver injury in mice.Methods:The studies on acute liver injury in mice were carried out by the manner of toxicosis induced by CCl 4 po administered at one time;and toxicosis induced by ANIT po.administered at one time,in order to observe the activity of serum ALT and changes of histopathology in hepatic tissue,and the changes of the content of MDA in liver and in,and the changes of content on serum total bilirubin(TBil).Results:the solution isolated from hydrocctyle sibthorpioides lam could significantly decrease the activity of serum ALT in toxicosis mice induced CCl 4,in addition,it could significantly atternuate the changes of pathology such as in necrosis and vacuolar degeneration and acidophilic degeneration and inflammatory infiltration in hepatic cell;furthermore,it could marked inhibit the content of serum total bilirubin.Conclusion:hydrocctyle sibthorpioides lam prevent the chemical injury by the different manner
