赤泥道路基层材料配制与成型工艺研究

摘　　要：在分析研究拜耳法赤泥理化性能的基础上 ,进行了赤泥道路基层材料的配制与固化试验研究 ,并进行了赤泥道路基层成型工艺试验。试验研究表明 :固化赤泥道路基层强度高 ,2 8天达 5MPa;赤泥用量大 ,达 80 %以上 ;Based on analyzing the physical and chemical properties of red mud from Bayer process,the tests on preparation and solidification of red mud road base material were carried out The technology for formation of red mud road base was studied The testing results show that the road base of solidified red mud has high compressive strength and excellent properties The compressive strength of 5MPa can be achieved at the age of 28 days Red mud of over 80% can be utilized
