高产量多品种乳化炸药微机控制连续化生产技术

摘　　要：本溪钢铁公司歪头山铁矿已进入深部开采阶段 ,地下涌水量急剧增加 ,对于防水抗水型炸药的需求量也随之增多。该矿与北京矿冶研究总院签定了技术转让合同 ,采用BGRIMM乳化炸药技术 ,建设一座露天矿高产量多品种乳化炸药生产厂。本文介绍了乳化炸药配方与制备工艺、自动控制 。At Waitoushan Iron Mine under Benxi Iron and Steel Corp ,the mining activity goes deeper The underground water flow is sharply increased The water resistant explosives are increasingly needed Considering such situation,according to a technological transfer contract signed between the Mine and Beijing General Research Institute of Mining and Metallurgy(BGRIMM),an emulsion explosive plant with a production capacity of 10*!000 t/a and series products was built up with BGRIMM technology In this paper,the prescription and preparation of emulsion explosive,process flowsheet and auto control were introduced In addition,the properties and production line of the emulsion explosive were presented
