从整改实践探讨闪速冶炼斗式提升机的设计

摘  要:根据金隆公司斗提机使用缺陷及其整改经验 ,阐述了闪速冶炼斗提机有关运行参数、相关结构和配置的合理设计。采用高强度优质结构钢做销轴、选用较大的链斗物料填充系数、降低链条提升速度 ,充分利用斗提机配置系统整体的物料输送能力 ,均衡斗提机在各工艺时段的输送负荷 ,减小链条各零件间的磨损 ,避免零部件的加工偏差造成链条运行中的附加阻力 ,设置过载安全销保护 ,注重斗提机维护性能的设计 ,才能保证斗提机的运行可靠性。In this paper, some running parameters, relative structure and reasonable configuration design of bucket elevator used in flash smelting are expounded in the light of shortcomings of bucket elevator and improvement experience in Jinlong Co. In order to ensure the running reliability of the bucket elevator, it is indispensable to use high-strength steel for manufacture of the chain pin, to select higher material filling factor, to lower chain speed, to make full use of elevating capability, to even up elevating loads of the bucket at all the smelting stages, to reduce the wear between chain and parts, to avoid annex chain running resistance caused by machining deviation, to set up an overload protection. It is also important to set safe pin in driving system and to pay the attention to maintenance design of the bucket elevator.
