乌三颗粒抗肺癌细胞的实验研究

摘　　要：目的　探讨乌三颗粒抗肿瘤作用。方法　 (1)采用药效学体内实验及体外细胞培养实验相结合 ,观察了本方药在体内对小鼠移植性Lewis肺癌抑制率的影响和在体外3 H -TdR掺入对人巨细胞肺癌株 (A 2 )瘤细胞的生长抑制作用 ;(2 )观察了本方药对PHA诱导小鼠淋巴细胞转化的影响。结果　乌三颗粒在 8 1～ 16 2g/kg的剂量下 ,体内对Lewis肺癌荷瘤小鼠的肿瘤有明显抑制作用 ,其抑制率为 4 0 %～ 5 7% ,与对照组比较P <0 0 5。在体外 0 5～ 8mg/ml的剂量 ,对人巨细胞肺癌株 (A - 2 )表现出较好的生长抑制作用 (P <0 0 1) ;同时能显著提高小鼠淋巴细胞转化率 (P <0 0 5～ 0 0 1)。结论　乌三颗粒对体内、外肺癌有一定的抑制作用 ,同时能增强小鼠免疫功能。Objective To discuss the effects of wusan granule on anti-tumors Methods (1)The mouse with Lewis lung cancer was treated with the strengthening vital Qi and removing blood stasis,the anti-tumor activity was observed by pharmacodynamic methods in vivo and 3H-TdR in vitro (2)The stimulating conersion rate to the lymphocyte of mouse was experimented Results The tumor of mice treated with the strengthening vital Qi and removing blood stasis (at doses of 2 7-16 2 g/kg)was markedly inhibited in vivo ( P <0 05),the rate of the inhibitory was 30%-50% At those doses (0 5-8 mg/ml),the wusan granule was also effective against the human tumors cell strain such as A-2 lung carcinoma in vitro( P <0 05) In addition ,it should higher increase on the conversion rate to the lymphocyte of mice( P <0 05-0 01) Conclusion The wusan granule could inhibit tumor proliferation and could enhance the immunity effect of the mice
