摘  要:采用再生纸浆纤维素为分子骨架 ,接枝丙烯酸及其钠盐制备高吸水树脂。研究了再生纸浆种类及纸浆含量对产物吸水性能的影响 ,在确定了再生纸浆用量为 2 2 %的基础上 ,对引发时间、中和度、反应时间等工艺条件进行了研究优化。在以K2 S2 O8为引发剂 ,丙烯酸中和度为 70 % ,引发 30min ,反应 16h ,制备出吸水率达 10 5 0g/g ,6 0℃时水凝胶的水份散失通量为纯水的 5 5 %的高吸水树脂。本文还对高吸水树脂的保水性能进行了较为深入的研究 ,提出采用水份散失通量来评价高吸水树脂保水性能。To reduce the costs in producing super absorbent,cellulose in regenerated pulp is used as a raw material on which crylic acid and sodium acrylate are grafted when super absorbent is polymerized.The effect of variaties and concentration of regenerated pulp on absorbent capacity of products have been studied and based on the result,some processing conditions such as initiating time,neutralization degree and polymerizing time were explored.A super absorbent,which absorption capacity reaches 960 g/g and water vaporizing flux is 55 percent of simplex water has been prepared when polymerizing time is 16 h and neutralization degree is 70% with K 2S 2O 8 initiating for 30 min.A concept of water vaporizing flux was proposed to estimate the water holding performance of super absorbent and a phenomenon that the difference of water vaporizing flux between super absorbent gel and simplex water increases linearly with temperature.
