摘　　要：以我厂工艺流程 ,结合我厂四万吨制酸系统微机使用现状 ,记述了PLC控制系统工作原理及微机系统实现冶炼制酸自动化控制的可行性办法 ;针对生产过程的不同特点 ,分别以时间和工艺曲线为控制依据 。Combined with application status of microcomputor in 40kt acid making system of our plant,this paper discussed the principle of PLC control system and feasibility of acid making automatic controlling by microcomputor.According to different characteristics of productive process,automatic control can be realized on tasis of control of time and technical curre.
