摘　　要：分析了过程工业的特点和供应链管理在过程工业的应用现状,指出了目前过程工业供应链管理研究存在的不足。提出过程工业应该根据自身的特点建立多层次集成的供应链模型,并采用适当的求解策略进行求解,通过合理地配置系统的软、硬件资源以取得企业的最大综合效益,集成供应链管理的目标为实现企业全生命周期的总体优化。最后指出了主要的研究方向。Characteristics of process industry and the situation of the application of SCM in process industry are discussed. It s proposed that process industry must establish a integrated supply chain management(ISCM)model with consideration of its own characteristics.
