摘　　要：结合汽车零件所用的材质 ,研究了AlSi10Cu2Mg合金的半固态坯料制备、部分重熔及空压机连杆的半固态触变挤压铸造成形 。Combined with the materials used for practical automobile parts,thixoforming process of AlSi10Cu2Mg alloy in semi solid state including billets preparation,partial remelting and thixotropic squeeze casting of connecting rod for air compressor is studied.At the same time,the advantages of this technology in the production of aluminum alloys automobile parts are shown fully.
