摘　　要：目的:探讨祛膜汤血清对子宫收缩的作用。方法:采用含药血清方法,选择细胞外 Ca^(2+)和细胞内 Ca^(2+)浓度调节剂去甲肾上腺素(NE),应用肌肉机械——张力换能器和 XY 函数记录仪,观察了祛膜汤血清增强大鼠离体子宫收缩的作用。结果:祛膜汤血清增强子宫收缩的作用,可能与细胞外 Ca^(2+)内流有密切关系。结论:祛膜汤血清具有增强子宫收缩的作用。Objective:To explore the effects of Qumo Decoction serum(QMDS)on uterus contraction.Methods:Adopting the method of serum pharmacology,selecting extracellular Ca^(2+) and intracellular Ca^(2+) concentration regulato——norepinephrine(NE),and applying the muscle mechanism—tonotransduser and XY function recorder to observe the effects of QMDS in enhancing the in vitro uterus con- traction in rats.Results:The effects of QMDS enhancing the contraction of uterus might be clcsely related to the influx of Ca^(2+).Con...
