加味四君子汤及P物质对脾虚证大鼠离体十二指肠活动变化的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨加味四君子汤(简称中药)对脾虚证消化吸收不良作用的机制。方法:将大鼠分组造模后,采用高灵敏度应变片传感器,记录大鼠离体十二指肠的机械活动,观察中药和 P 物质(SP)及其抗体对大鼠离体十二指肠活动的影响。结果:(1)脾虚大鼠离体十二指肠活动增强,其收缩活动的频率及幅度均高于正常大鼠(P<0.01,P<0.05)。经中药治疗后两项指标均得以较好的恢复。(2)SP 可使离体十二指肠收缩活动增强,但对脾虚证大鼠的这种作用弱于正常大鼠(P<0.01);而 SP 抗体对脾虚证大鼠离体十二指肠收缩活动的抑制作用强于正常大鼠(P<0.01)。结论:脾虚证大鼠离体十二指肠活动增强,加味四君子汤对活动的亢进有较好的调理作用。SP 可能在活动亢进中起了重要作用。Objective:To study the therapeutic mechanism of Jiawei Sijunzi Decoction(JSD)on dyspepsia in rats with Spleen Deficiency Syn- drome(SDS).Methods:The mechanical movement of isolated duodenum was recorded after rats had been modeled using high sensitive stress plate transducer,and the effects of JSD,substance P(SP)and its antibody(SP-Ab)on the movement were observed.Results: Movement of isolated duodenum in rats with SDS strengthened,showing that the contractive frequency and amplitude were higher than those ...
